FINALLY a plumbing service with a customer care focus. I've been let down on SO many occasions by tradies who don't rock up, cancel at the last minute, forget to quote or try to take me for a ride. My hot water heater died which is always a nasty surprise but Rex plumbing was so easy to deal with. The tradies are top quality, super friendly, clean, and went above and beyond to sort my issue in a super timely manner. I have had some bad experiences with trades over the years and will be saving Rex Plumbing in my phone and sticking with this group for any future work. Such a relief to find such a great quality and trustworthy group.
