Me and my partner both moved out or home and rented our first property through Tina Lee. They knew it was our first lease so they took advantage of us to the extreme. Only 2 months into our 12 month lease we were informed that the owner wanted to place the property on the market and thus we were expected to have open property inspections every Saturday afternoon. We were encouraged not to be present and kept the entire premise clean and tidy for sale. This went on for over 5 months. Every Saturday afternoon we had to leave our own property for them to conduct open inspections.. For 5 months straight. Over 20 open inspections in the span of 6 months. No exaggeration. They used photos of our personal belongings and objects in their advertisements to this day without our permission and at the end of our 12 month lease, they had the audacity to deny us a referral for our next lease. I was younger and did not know my tenancy rights as I would have reported these snakes to fair trading.

I would like to share my experience regarding the level of service I’ve received from OneAgency Chatswood. Tina Lee and Ennio Leung from OneAgency has been more than helpful and always goes above and beyond to manage our renal property. My wife and I first came into contact with OneAgency when we purchased our rental property through their agency. At the time Tina Lee’s the level of service provided was exceptional and we decided to hire the agency to manage our rental property. Now it’s been 5 years since OneAgency has manage our rental property and, over the years, no matter how difficult a situations is Tina and Ennio has both always strived to make our experience as landlords smooth and with minimal stress. I had different various experiences with different tenants. They were assisting us at 11:00pm in the night when the wardrobe was delivered to tenants. They attended to the property many times for different situations out of their way. Things always became smooth because of their help.
