Currently building through first home builders! Came in through Ray, we have had nothing but the best service and support from the whole team at First Home builders. They make every process as smooth as possible! I would highly recommend building through this company!

We are very happy with First Homebuilders so far. We've been dealing with Ray - their Senior Home & Land Specialist and he has been absolutely amazing in helping us design our dream home. He has been very professional, friendly and has provided us with so many tips and suggestions that took our project to a whole new level, accomodating our requests and needs. They were super quick to get us to slab which was a very big plus for us to start our journey. Great team. Highly recommended.

So far so good!Got in touch with FHB end of December 2022. They responded to my query promptly and was invited to discuss my options. Jakeb (house and land specialist) did his research and presented to me the most suitable options, meeting the requirements I had asked for within my budget. Once I chose the land and house design, everything else went pretty fast. I got my finance approved, selected my interior/ exterior.After I got the title on the land it didn’t take long for approval of the loan and after a short waiting period where FHB had to tweak the house and land design a bit to meet these MRA (Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority) guidelines particular to that suburb, construction commenced on the 25th May 2023 (slab down).Up until now I am very satisfied with the service of First Homebuilders and look forward to the next phases of construction.

I recently had the pleasure of working with First Home Builders for the construction of my dream house, and I must say, they did an excellent job! Despite some unforeseen delays during the construction process, the team worked tirelessly to ensure that everything was completed to the highest standards.From the initial consultation to the final walk-through, the team at First Home Builders was always professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. They listened to my needs and preferences, and were able to incorporate all of my requests into the final design. I must say, I’m in LOVE with my claw foot bathtub and my pink front door!!The end result is a beautiful, well-built home that I'm proud to call my own. The quality of workmanship is evident throughout the house, from the sturdy foundation to the finishing touches. I have even had feedback from external contractors saying that the quality of work is unlike anything they have seen before.The team was also very transparent and communicative throughout the process, keeping me updated on progress and addressing any concerns I had along the way.Overall, I highly recommend First Home Builders to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and skilled team to build their dream home. Despite the delays, the end result was well worth the wait!

After multiple meetings with different companies and home consultants, I have made the decision to build with First Home Builders and I am so glad I did. From the first sit down with Lee till now, it has been such a smooth sailing process with building my first home. He has great knowledge, great communication and he made me feel comfortable with it all from the start. Great communication as well from those I've been working with alongside Lee. Pre-approval was in November 2022, slab down March 2023. Couldn't recommend First Home Builders and Lee enough.
