I had been having a lot of difficult finding a removalist to help pick up and move a second hand Spa. I'd been trying places for a week and many wouldn't move a Spa or just didn't get back to me. I found Josh today and he and his team happened to be available this afternoon. My new Spa is now here! He kept me updated as to where everything was up to and the team was very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!

We had a booking with this company for over a month with a deposit paid. My husband called 2 days out to confirm and they said they have another booking and cant do the job. 10 days out from christmas and every other removalist and truck hire is booked. Waiting for deposit refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL

Josh and Aaron where absolutely fantastic and provide a professional, reliable and friendly service. Our job was bigger than expected and they nailed it without complaint or any faults. I cant recommend them enough

Rude and misleading! 4 hours job took 11 hours! Even didn’t send me the invoice! Don’t use this company at all!I know very well the timing from my previous experience! Last time I moved from Sydney with same with more belongings! Starting at the same time at 9 am and finished here by 3 pm. Bear in mind about two hours drive.Why should I ask for let off some money! Firstly, you said send me the booking money I will give the invoice, but it didn’t happen. After the job then I asked you to provide me with the invoice first, and then you said to send you my details, I sent it, but you didn’t yet. Instead of not sending me the invoice within 15 minutes, you called and became rude over the phone, asked me to do it now, said you would send the invoice, including booking money, after sending you the money. I sent it straightway and sent you the screenshot. Still, I have not got my invoice yet.As a doctor, I give tax/GST at a very high rate, and I hope you will do the same that’s why I want my invoice.Regards

I had a terrible experience with this man Josh. He took another job for the same day I booked without telling me upfront. He gave a time frame of arrival and kept to it, we were nearly STRANDED because of him. He also refused to refund the initial deposit he promised to refund if we were able to get another removal at the 11th hour he disappointed! He totally ignored my calls and text, which shows he has no integrity whatsoever, I am waiting for you to reply me via this platform Josh!!!!Oh, by the way, I’m reply to your response, You never said you had a job that day and I still have your text messages indicating the time you said you were coming for the job. Maybe you don’t understand what moving out of a house entails and you don’t know the key had to be returned and all you could offer at the time we spoke was you cant give a specific time for when the job will end( that was not part of the arrangement at all) and you probably want a family with 3young kids to be moving house into Sydney at midnight... you will answer to fair trading, and oh, you said “ I will refund you if you found someone to do the jobs” but you never kept to your words so it shows the kind of person you are. Your messages and time will tell!

Took my deposit but “broke down “ on the way to the job. Promised me a refund to no avail. Had fair trading involved but they were uncontactable. Beware!

Highly recommended.Josh and his colleague completed our first move a few years ago so we used him again and the service was as good as the first time. Fast, efficient, prompt and accommodating whilst being professional at all times. Josh moved both our properties and furniture with care for each item, couldn’t have asked for more. If you need moving give them a call

Rude, violent and unprofessional. Josh arrived much later than the time first agreed on. Constantly texting making the time later and later in the day. When Josh finally arrived and apologised for being 5 minutes late, I mentioned he was actually 5 hours late - he then became very violent to the point where I thought he would punch me. Also at this time, Josh said he was doing me a favour coming to move my home. After all this I decided it was best Josh and his team didn't move my furniture as I didn't believe the job would have been done with any care and my furniture would end up being scratched. Let alone going through the pain of asking the furniture to be located in specific room in the home. Choose someone else - its just not worth the risk.

I’ve had such bad experiences in the past and to honest I’m very careful now about selecting good people. I’ve been charged double the quotes and had extensive damage done to my furniture. I picked these guys because this time I did my research. The cost was more expensive hourly but they worked hard, took care of my things and only charged what they quoted. It was an extremely hot day, a big job but they stayed focused and got the job done, highly recommend!
