I recently ordered an ex-demo Mayones Regius Core Classic 6 from the online store, communication was perfect and the standard shipping was unbelievably fast (Arrived the day after it shipped). Not only that, but the condition of the guitar is immaculate (i would have never known it was a demo model if it wasn't advertised). 5 Star experience full stop! Couldn't recommend the store any higher ^_^

I bought a desk from Industrie Music that had a manufacturing defect and Henry was extremely uncooperative in resolving the problem. I strongly recommend you to take your business elsewhere, because these guys have no interest in their customers after getting the money.Update: to their credit, the shop did eventually arrange for the replacement part to be shipped, although it took them two months to do so. I guess, this deserves a couple of extra stars. Unfortunately, as I have just found out, the owner's response to my review contains not only unsubstantiated accusations, but also false information (I never requested a return, in fact, I'm sitting at the aforementioned desk as I write). Therefore, I'm not convinced I should change the rating. Looking forward to your legal action.

Ordered some Etymotic Research ER-20XS High Fidelity Earplugs - Large Fit online. Received them in the time frame given at the time of purchase. Excellent quality product, I definitely recommend this business. Also received an email thanking me for shopping with them. Doesn't happen that often in this day and age.
