Initially, service was great with David, nice and professional. He made a mistake to not include something in my Tax return which resulted in me going back to get this included - this was charged at MY expense. Furthermore I got audited and they charged me every single time I called to make an inquiry whether this has come back from the ATO. They also went and did work without my approval such as providing feedback on how to answer to the ATO and reading my tax return once it came back and giving hand written" advice on scrap paper attached with my return on how to respond to the ATO regarding this. For a single income tax return I was charged about a thousand dollars! I tried to reason with them that this was unfair however they didn't listen and said that I owe them still. Never again with 123 Bookkeeping
