Phone etiquette and on floor support answering every single question I had, you truly made this little bride the happiest! Thank you for recommending the wherehouse sale(staff members there were just phenomenal!)- all my girls now have their dresses and we can't wait to strut our thang on the big day!!!

I had a bad experience shopping here. I was looking for a wedding reception dress and the size I was after was not available, but they promised me that the existing dress could be altered. Said dress came back with the tag changed to my size but the fit of the dress, has not changed at all. So I got it sent off again, with months of waiting, no updates in which I had to chase for one.After being promised a callback from the 'manager' many times which never came, we had to physically visit the store multiple times to get updates because my emails and texts were ignored.We were informed that the dress itself cannot be adjusted to smaller size due to the fabric (which should have been told to us earlier!!) and they said they will one made the right size. When asked when will this be done by, as it is already close to the wedding, crickets no answer.At this point I was done and I could not wait any longer, Bariano has left me so little time to look for another dress and if you are reading this review, please just buy whatever that is on the rack and DO NOT get something that they do not have that they will 'order in' especially if you have an important event coming up.They have absolutely failed to manage expectations, left me with a bad experience, and now I have to invest more time trying to look for another dress. Only giving three stars instead of 1 because the refund for my deposit did come through.

I had a fantastic experience at Bariano Chadstone when looking for a Mother of the bride dress. From the moment i walked in the staff were extremely helpful. Anna and Amy were so amazing, great support and styling tips while I tried on dresses. I got a beautiful dress for a reasonable price and the whole process was very easy.

I recently ordered dresses for my bridesmaids from Bariano Chadstone. Honestly, I could not be more pleased with the service and the quality of the dresses. The girls in the store, particularly Natalie and Alexandra went above and beyond to make sure that the dresses were ordered and arrived on time. The dresses arrived on time and the girls went out of their way to make sure that the hems and any other little alterations were done well. On the day of the wedding, we received many compliments on how stylish the dresses were. The team gave us very good recommendations on how to select dresses that suited the colouring and body types of each of the bridesmaids. I would highly recommend to any brides looking for outstanding bridesmaids dresses. The dresses were also quite reasonably priced, given that they were custom-made and given the high quality of the dresses. Much much better than some of the comparable services available.

We popped into the store today at Chadstone and were served by Sarah. She was patient, knowledgeable and helped my fussy teen get a formal dress. Great deal and a gorgeous dress! Thank you.

Went to the Chadstone store to buy a dress for her year 12 formal, and the experience from start to finish was amazing. The store is beautiful and there were a lot of dresses to choose from, from fabric, colour and styles. Knowledgable and extremely professional staff, they are a credit to the place! (we had Irini mainly looking after us and she was so helpful in every way, as was the other lovely young lady ). Lots of dresses were tried on, lots of time devoted to my daughter's needs, and the end result was a beautiful seafoam formal gown. Just a flawless morning and a huge relief we were able to find a beautiful and suitable dress. Thank you:-)

I rarely write reviews but have to say the service I received from Bariano Chadstone is brilliant. They could not have been more friendly, professional and helpful. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. These people are true professionals, and so very very kind. And their dresses - well, they speak for themselves: WOW!
