The worst customer service, i wanted to buy 2 pairs of Dr Martins and the girl was very slow to help me. There was no one in the store and she did not want to help me. No service and no help. I could not do up the the shoes properly and she did not help me.I will not return this store . 23/03/23 around 1.00pm. I went to Robina Platypus and purchased the 2 pairs of Dr Martins there the staff were great.

Staff sold a pair of shoes that don't fit to 16 year old whod never shoe shopped on her own before. She asked for a size 8-9 and walked out with 7.5 - went take them back but because she had worn them once - no refund, no exchange nothing. Won't be going back to platypus!

I called Tish because the backpack I had bought from there had been stolen, and I really loved it - Tish went out of her way to track down the last remaining Hershel Mustard Gold bag and arranged for me to pick up from Tweed Heads - Tish is my hero!!!! - Thanks so much Geoffrey

Not sure why the reviews are so low, I ordered a pair of shoes online and when I received them unfortunately they were not pair. Took them to pacific fair shop and explained the situation to them, they were so helpful and professional. They didn’t have the same size but arranged it with Robina shop and I got the correct pair. I am not happy with platypus for sending mismatched shoes but that doesn’t mean to give low review to store.

Probably the worst service ever. Walked in to buy shoes, had to stand and wait for someone to help me with a size. I ended up having to pull someone aside and ask for assistance. Asked for my shoe size and the person never ended up coming back. Went back in during my work break and again had to pull someone aside to ask for help (when they were all standing there talking to each other) got the shoes and I felt like an inconvenience to the workers when it’s a part of their job. It was like I shouldn’t have disturbed them when it’s their job to help. I hope you fix up your recruitments and hire genuinely nice people.

Extremely poor customer service - a staff man was standing right next to me while I was looking at a pair of shoes and trying to figure out the size, no greeting or acknowledgement at all until I approached him to ask. Then I was treated with a dismissive and sarcastic attitude (I’d say somewhat racist as well). I was going to buy those shoes as I’ve been looking online for a while, but had to leave due to the poor experience. I hope you provide more staff training and be more careful with your decision making during the recruitment process.

Today I received some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I noticed the young manager Kestrel was juggling 4 customers at once, myself included. One of them was even being extremely rude to her. She managed to keep a smile on her face and maintain poise as her help lead me to buying the shoes I wanted. Thank you Kestrel, you are awesome!

Awesome customer service, Rachel allowed me to try on different pairs of shoes and brought out multiple sizes to find my perfect fit. Rachel was a beast, dealt with multiple customers and still provided perfect service not wasting any time.
