Pandora

Terrible customer service, staff cannot even focus on you long enough to even pretend they care and it feels like they would rather be anywhere else but there. Don't waste your time, drive 25 minutes to Watergardens where you will actually be treated like a person.

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced.Ordered online for click and collect at Woodgrove as it was close to work and I needed one item in a hurry.Arrived to collect and was not greeted by any of the 3 staff members in store - even tough there was no other customers in the store at the time.Eventually I was attended to by possibly the rudest person I've ever experienced.I was given my 2 items - I politely asked if one could be gift wrapped (a Christmas gift) and said the other could just be popped into a bag as it was for myself.The sales person then threw both items (still in their zip lock bags) into one bag along with 2 boxes and 2 stickers. I was then given another bag and told to go home and sort them out.I left in disgust and got home (35 mins away) and realised one of the items is not only incorrect but also the wrong size!I have since driven to another store to exchange the incorrect item.I will never ever return to this store.

Mmm. Well what can I sayI went on there 3 times to ask for a certain charm and no one could find it. The 3rd time I waited 25mins and they found it. It seems like they don't know what they r doing.

Not everyone but some of staff at melton store are very rude, these particular staff need to get trained how to behave with customers,we felt like humiliated by the body language and tone of that particular staff I have never ever come across such discrimination in this multicultural societyThe institution like pandora must have a training programme/counselling (psychological and behaviour)for these kind of sales officersWe spent atleast 3k in various pandora stores so far in last 6 years ,but never again in meltonNever going back to melton pandora

Very busy store. Customer service is hit and miss

Horrible, rude and aggressive staff. My mother and I went into Pandora at Woodgrove to exchange a present I had bought her since she wanted a different one. A specific staff was giving us bad looks and directly looking at us as she talks with another staff. We thought that was quite rude so a bit after we went to talk to the manager and they said for us to go to a another store if we aren’t happy with what’s happening and one of the other staff was getting all angry and rude towards my mother when she was talking to the manager not her.

Horrible customer service today at Woodgrove Pandora while picking up my click n collect. Won't be returning to the store again. Staff look like they hate their job and take it out on the customers. Disgusting. I went in there excited to pick up my new products but walked out very disappointed.

A great team as the staff never rush us making a decision and are super friendly and great banter

I just wanted to give a shout out to Angela at Pandora Woodgrove. Excellent service. So friendly and patient. Pandora Woodgrove you have a winner there hold onto her.
