It’s a Chemist Warehouse. You gets what you pay for. The pile them high sell them cheap approach doesn’t give you great service. But! They are cheap, it’s clean, you just need to know what you’re looking for.

This chemist still cannot accept E-scripts. This same issue has been going on for several weeks now. Judging by the other recent reviews I’m not alone in taking my business elsewhere.

Be prepared to wait 20+ minutes for the simplest prescription..... Does not understand that just because the pharmacists behind the desk laughs and giggles and wastes time, that other people can't afford to do that and look at your useless faces.Please understand that others would like to use their time for a better cause.

Over the past 2 weeks. Store not accepting Escrips. Told they don't know when and why it will be fixed. Staff lack of knowledge. Always have boxes of merchandise blocking shelves. So many staff standing talking to each other. You have to wait to put script in. Then wait for script to be dispensed. Then wait to pay. Allocate at least half an hour. Went to Terry White, in and out 10 minutes

Flat out refused to do a single stat Dec,Not apologetically, quite rude actually.Terry white pharmacy across the road signed it for me and answered questions I had about some medical issues.I know which pharmacy I'll be going to in the future.Cheap neurofen and cologne is not worth being treated like trash

I shop here regularly.. man on the door is always friendly, staff always helpful. Today I'm sick and needed some medication delivered.. happy that Chemist Warehouse is offering delivery on the weekend unlike most chemists, thank you.

Came here on Mon 6Feb for a prescription medicine using e-script, only to be told that their e-scrip scanner software is Out Of Order since last Friday !! That is MOST unacceptable as I have to travel quite a distance to the next Chemist Warehouse - the staff told me that it's working fine with the oth!!What's the IT dept doing !!?? Absolutely UNACCETPTABLE !!
