I’d rather be on the front line in Ukraine at the moment than shop here on a consistent basis. It’s absolute chaos. The blind leading the blind. Just the worse customer service. It’s a very disappointing state of affairs given they are the only big Supermarket in the area.I’m trying to think of any positives but I’d just be lying.

Staff are always helpful here if you need help finding something and store is quite Big and well stocked. Parking available is also plentiful

I confess that I never like Coles as much as I like Woolworths because I have special dietary requirements and find these harder to find in Coles than Woolworths. If you don't have that problem, you most likely will enjoy this Coles. There's a good range of products, the staff are helpful and the store is clean.

Over the 2+ years I have been shopping here it has lost the the reason you shop here. Used to have well stocked shelves with many options plus great service with manned checkouts. Not now, have pared back on variety of products, pared back on personalised

Dirty! Moldy mushroom ravioli at the pasta bar, nearly every raw meat section had blood spills, fridge shelves & vents in the gourmet cheese section dusty dirty and full of debris. I spoke with a staff member, who promptly called the store manager to see the photos. He simply said its the suppliers fault.. I wasn't interested in arguing, but its clearly each departments responsibility to keep things clean and replenish stock in a way that food on offer isn't moldy.

The store itself is great for in person shopping.Click and Collect is an absolute disgrace. I cannot tell you how many times they have forgotten to pack whole bags of shopping for me.I have given it one to many chances.There is absolutely no quality control or supervision when checking if they actually have all your items you have paid for.They really need to put better systems in place.Do not bother with click and collect at this store.

I imagine the high ratings must be due to this store offering things like freshly-made pasta in-house or some such novelty. This would be a good way to cover the basics it lacks such as poor fresh produce, not having things in stock or things being stocked in multiple or random locations. And good luck asking one of the staff because they won’t hear or see you . Of all the big supermarkets, this is probably the worst example of quantity over quality. Sadly, this is what happens without significant competition nearby. In turn, they try to compete with the small delis nearby. I yearn for the ALDIs and Woolies of yore. Oh, and the self-checkouts at Coles suck!

3/4's of my click & collect order was completely wrong. I rung up and they said they couldn't help me until the next day & only if I go into the store, which I can't, hence ordering online. No refund offered. What a waste of money. Don't c&c here.

I recently visited this supermarket and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The store was cluttered and disorganized, making it difficult to find what I was looking for. The produce section was lackluster, with overripe and wilted items readily available. The staff was unhelpful and uninterested in assisting customers. To make matters worse, I noticed that they have removed many popular products in favor of their own house branded products, which are of lower quality and do not meet my expectations. I was also disappointed to find that many of the products I regularly purchase were out of stock. Overall, I would not recommend this supermarket and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
