everyone at ethereal is so nice and the instructors really help our riding. the horses are lovely and my riding has improved so much since i’ve started there

I’ve been going to place since the beginning of the year and i’ve learned so much already

Lesson are great , my daughter just loves it and looks forward to her lesson each week has now had several lessons and already jumping a little from basically a beginner and the trainer Marcello is very good he makes her feel confident on the horse and is firm but friendly.This is a year later now there is a trainer named Lara I've learned much more it is amazing and on the twelve I'm going for my first beach so that's excitingAnd you can make lots of friends there. Also there is a top level with beds and a tv and a couch.

Would not recommend. Assessment started really late. The instructor (Ari?) did not do much to help us with our horses during the assessment. The most she did was tell us to kick our horses and she seemed more interested in her phone. We paid $90 for that assessment. Contacted Michelle via text and voicemail to schedule our first lesson and she never got back to us. Zero accountability, waste of our time, appalling behaviour.7/6/22 edit: In response to your reply, the assessment was scheduled for 1.50 pm and we were still waiting at 2.10 pm. The assessment was only about 30 mins all up and the instructor wasn’t very helpful. We wanted to book again as we didn’t want our $90 wasted since we’d already done an assessment. We were also hoping to get another instructor. Samantha texted and also left you a voicemail. Even if there were unforeseen circumstances, you could’ve still communicated that to us over text or a phone call. Leaving people hanging like that is highly unprofessional. We have had contact with a few equestrian schools and they’ve never left their customers with no reply.

I am working 10 year experience

We love the team at Ethereal. Our 13 year old And his carer go each week for his equine therapy sessions. He immediately started communicating with teachers and loves pushing himself with the horses. We also love the school holiday adventures that are on offer. Definitely a nurturing environment and beautiful place for Mr 13 to feel at home!!

Great experience all round

We have been here for 18mths now. Nicholas loves his lessons with Marcello. He has learnt so much from picking up horse poop too jumping 1m. Horse camp is AWESOME says Nicholas.
