Needed to have fault for ABS light read on computer , new bike 500 k service done, then told we cant diagnose fault we dont have a reader 160k round trip. Now have a 400k round trip just to get fault read . Customer service is a bit lacking

Bought a new bike off Phil and he even picked me up from the train station as I live an hours ride away! Great bloke, easy purchase, everything explained thoroughly. When I returned a couple of weeks later for the first service, it was completed by his son Matt who was very knowledgeable and thorough and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

Vast range oh sthil equipment, along with motorcycles off amd on road, and all the gear needed to ride them.Shop presents well, very tidy and the lay out is organised & structured.The staff are friendly and approachable.

Ive been there quite a few times and had nothing but great service. My ride on mower has been repaired and the staff were good fun to chat with. Cant understand the 'poor' feed back from others, guess that was way in the past.

Very friendly knowledgeable staff. Roomy clean tidy display floor and well stocked. If they don't have an item you need they will soon get it in for you. Mechanical services are excellent also
