Helpful staff, internet drop out caused a payment issue and they had the money refunded to my card within half an hour and offered to remotely start the machine for me if it didn't sort out. Always friendly when I've called. Site is kept clean.

Went here once when my washer was on the fritz. Used the big washer only to find all my clothes absolutely covered in what appeared to be pet hair & fluff - errgghhh. There are signs which request that pet bedding etc not be washed, yet some people must think these rules are not for them. I hold the customers responsible for this, however more frequent cleaning of the machines would have removed this problem.

It was disappointing there is still a leak in the machines and there is a puddle on the floor I had reported this to the company a few months ago and 1 of the dryers are not working and their is alot of people using the facility all day the place needs to be swept

This laundromat has new owners and the machine here is fabulous. They take gold coins as well as eftpos. Very clean and tidy.

Had a problem with coin change machine not dispense all the coins. Rang number and spoke to staff. Great response and quick and polite service. Room and washing machines kept in clean and good order. Would recommend this place.

These brand new machines may look good but stealing my coins is not right. One of the double loaders stole my five dollars of coins the one with the car reader. Other than that it would have been a better experience

Morayfirld used to be a good laundromat but lately it has gone downhill.Always filthy with machines out or order.Will be finding another laundromat after 4 years of using this one.
