Amazing hosts, location and spectacular views. Apartment is located in a very quiet spot. Fishing off the private jetty was fantastic - with tables, chairs and fish cleaning station, and no jostling with other people. Apartment 18 will even be much better once renovated.

Our unit was very clean & comfortable as was the whole facility at Cerulean. The new managers are very helpful & obliging. We have stayed at these apartments for several years now & love the position.Wonderful views of the Glasshouse Mtns & the Pumicestone Passage, particularly at sunset. Great to be close to the beach. Shops & cafes are only a short walk away. If you enjoy walking/cycling…the boardwalk is very accessible way to explore other beaches. Plenty of outstanding views along the way! The Caloundra Street Markets occur regularly on a Sunday & are worth a visit.

We recently stayed at Cerulean Apartments, Caloundra which are managed by Layne Property. Dealing with Layne Property was a delightful experience, they offer friendly, fast and efficient customer service. The Cerulean Apartments is a wonderful holiday destination, the accommodation is very clean and spacious. The views from the unit balcony are absolutely stunning and the best part if that you can park your vehicle under the complex and walk to the many lovely restaurants, cafes and shops. Can't wait to return next year!!

Very happy with the modern updated apartment Unit 12 Tripcony Quays. Exceptionally Clean very nice presentation. Fantastic Sea Views sitting right on the water. Nice small resort in a great location between beaches and main shop and restaurant area. You will not be disappointed. Great customer service from staff easy check in and check out.

Change in Management made only small changes, eg key pickup however minor problems were quickly attended to, lift jam and keys locked in room. Rented 3 Apartments for 3 days for a special celebrations and one as our bi annual for a week.Still a great place to stay, HOWEVER, the balcony chairs(only 5 left) were in a sad state of repair, only two could be used, these chairs have needed replacement for several years

Highly recommend Tripcony Quays! Our stay albeit only 4 nights was extremely enjoyable, Lynette and Danny are two of the most personable people, making sure everything was to our expectations! The unit was very clean and the grounds were beautifully manicured.We can’t wait to bring the rest of the family with next time!
