I live in a unit. The number 1/16.They sent me a delivery photo of my parcel hanging out of a letterbox with a large number 32 on the front.I found 32. But only because their letterbox is memorable.It's also on a different street.Of COURSE there is no way to contact anyone about your missing parcel.Thank GOD there's a photo so you can go on your own scavenger hunt.That's sarcasm.Clearly

My package wasn't delivered, was told delivery was attempted and they will try again despite me being home and seeing no driver arrive. No further delivery attempts were made and after multiple days of calling support was told that the driver was not able to locate the package in their car, and that the item was not eligible for replacement. Amazon has stolen hundreds from me and continues to delay refunds every day.

Just like all of the other big companies, Amazon thrives while small business suffers. Convid was great for these greedy multinationals, while everyday Australians suffered intensely to make ends simply meet. God will not be mocked.
