Was initially a bit frustrated with their completion schedule and responsiveness, but things improved. In the end they delivered a very high quality product.

So much promise but issues with the finishing, several things wrong on the order, locks on backwards, pretty much no interest once the sale was done and no responsibility taken for the poor product.I've given Binq a number of opportunities to respond to my after sales queries, and I could have been their biggest fan in NSW, but it's difficult to recommend a product which simply doesn't meet the expectations set by the pre sales marketing.Further to that the glass installer they use in NSW is exceptionally unreliable, and has delayed my build considerably.Rather than list all the specific things I've added some photos - make up your own mind whether this premium priced product delivers or not.

We got windows, front door and a timber bifold from BINQ about 5 years ago. Never gave a review at the time, but we can genuinely confirm the quality is a 10/10. Everything has aged very well and is as good as the day we installed. We got everything pre finished and so far no need for a re paint.

Huge supply delays, despite the order was fully paid. Little communication on the installation date. No clarity when our windows will be installed. I’m very disappointed with the service.

Pretty bad service service, dodgy products. A number of issues with double glazed doors/windows and they never bother to follow up unless you really push them and hassle them to do it. If they improved their service I believe it could be a great product. The products themselves are good and have great potential if they do them right.

Binq make seriously good windows and doors. The quality, service and craftsmanship is first class. We have large floor to ceiling sliders with flywire screens which let the light in, can be opened in summer to let the breeze through and keep the heat in during winter. We also installed tilt and turns in the rest of the house which give flexibility like no other window I've seen. The finished product is amazing!

Recently we engaged BINQ windows to help design manufacture and install new frames, doors and windows at the front and rear of our unit. We choose wooden frames, double glazing with noise reduction glass. We are very happy with the outcome and the process. The reduction in external sound entering the unit is remarkable as we are on a busy road. The temperature inside is much more stable compared to outside - it is a bit of shock when you step outside on a hot or cold day! I look forward to seeing how much our energy usage will reduce over the next year.The Binq installation team were amazing and it was interesting to observe such skilled tradesmen remove, replace and install over 3 & a half days. No cavity was left open over night - the removal and installation managed one at a time to ensure convenience and security.Support was provided immediately by telephone when I couldn't remember how to lock the door. Also tins of primer and stain were provided so that any maintenance to the frames in the future can be dealt with.I highly recomend Binq - I don't write online reviews normally - I had to learn how to post a Google review to enter this

Really happy with the service and delivery of our timber windows and doors, solid and fully assembled on delivery, can't fault these guys. No regrets

We had windows installed about 9 years ago and needed to replace a moulding (as paint had deteriorated). i couldn't get the moulding from any suppliers so called Andre who we had dealt with when buying and he organised the mouldings we needed plus some spare at no cost. Excellent after sales service.

We are very disappointed as we have paid in full three weeks ago on November 23rd and have still not heard after following up with the Customer Service Department when our delivery and installation will occur. It is now December 12th.
