QLD govt came up with new smoke alarm legislation. Living interstate, it was great challenge for me to go through such a variety of smoke alarm products and associated costs. Ian was very professional and patient in helping me to understand these products and at the same time I understood that having a remote control operated smoke alarm is helpful for many reasons. Ian helped me zero in a product which provides a great warranty, remote operated and cost effective as well. Very happy with his service.

Ian was very generous and honest. He offered me very good price. I needed the new alarm system pretty urgently and Ian didn't let me wait for too long at all. He and his electrician were very professional and very efficient. They also tested each of the device carefully before they left. I was highly satisfied with their service and price.
