The business owners have been wonderfully transparent about their policies for helping keep us safe and confident. Their attitude has been simply exemplary. I think its such a shame that some people (pro-covid people) have tried to weaponise google to hurt their business.I look forward to giving them my business soon!

Jamie was awful. Very rude, wouldn't listen to what my friend wanted at all. Jamie wouldn't believe my friend when she said that was her regrowth and that it hadn't been dyed. She made my friend pick a colour out of the hair samples and then was told no and that she should have this one instead which was not what she wanted and told her but Jamie was determined she should have that colour instead. After 30 minutes of back and forward product was finally put in. Jamie was very rough, hit my friend in the head multiple times with the brush, scratched her with her nails multiple times and pulled on her earrings multiple times. She stood in between us while we were trying to talk and completely ignored my existence the whole time. My friend later sent me a picture of her face saying that she had broken out because of how stressful the experience was". She was so excited to get her hair done and Jamie completely ruined it. Everyone else there seemed really nice it was just Jamie that was really rude."

The place is decorated beautifully and is very clean. My hairdresser was so nice and kind. The haircut came out very well. I paid $40 for about an hour with her. Prices may be high but the quality and care from the staff are well worth it . If you're planning to have a walk in haircut just be aware there may not be any spots free any time soon. Booking is as easy as calling giving your name and phone no. & what time/day you want your hair cut. I will be coming back here certainly.

This was my first time at Valentino's while on a work trip to Perth. I had my hair coloured by Bianca who gave me the perfect colour! Then Tahlee cut my hair and blowdried. I was so happy with the outcome. I even had some compliments at the next store I visited! I will most definitely be back next time I'm in Perth. Thanks for making me look and feel fresh!

Poor communication about their strict covid policies. I arrived there and they wouldn't cut my hair because I'm unvaccinated due to health reasons.Fair enough, that's their policy and their choice but my messages weren't even replied to. Even after I had driven 40 minutes for the haircut. Just not professional.

The first time I put it to just inexperience and not understanding what I was after. 5 hours in the chair, a conversation, and then a semi to fix what I didn't want. The second time I realised, ok they have very young people who are more interested in closing the store than getting what I need right. The haircut I received at the end took 1 minute and was what I can only describe as a straight cut, something my mother did in the 80s when we were kids.Professional absolutely not.Will I be back? Not in this lifetime.

came in yesterday to get my hair trimmed, the lady that served me was lovely and i am very happy with my hair. nice quick consice service, just walked in and it only took about 10 mins. thank you so much

not the best service I had. My first time in this salon, the haircut was okay but blow dry my hair was not good. not recommending.

Nicola was so attentive, really listened and understood the brief... my first time using the salon, it is such a lovely, spacious, and elegant experience .... I absolutely loved it... thank you ❣️
