John Zelukovic Smash Repairs

An insurance-recommended smash repairs company. A repair that was meant to have been done a couple of years back wasn't done properly & replacement parts weren't used i.e. parts were just jammed back in. Not recommended if you go via insurance. Good painters but in doubt about the rest.

I can't be more grateful to these guys. I'm currently in Orange for work and had a problem with my car's bonnet not closing properly. I went to a couple of other places but was told they didn't have time to even look at my problem because they're busy for weeks to come (I don't fault them for that). I was so worried because I need my car for work and would've been dangerous driving it that way. Thankfully a nice mechanic recommended John Zelukovic smash repairs and I went there not expecting much but to my utter surprise not only did they fix my problem straight away (10 mins) but the nice lady at the reception didn't even charge me for it! I was shocked to say the least! Thank you so much guys! Highly recommended!

Had the unfortunate experience with this repairer when they were tasked the job by a local motorcycle business on my behalf to paint a small amount of harley parts all of which i returned due to poor quality finish. The response from Victor on the obvious mistakes was disgraceful to say the least . If not obligated by the motorcycle business to allow them to correct there mistakes i would of taken parts elsewhere . After receiving an extraordinary bill for work done i was amazed that there justification for the charged price is that i was not quoted for the job and it costs $200 to fire up the painting booth and there is a cost to prime parts again , all of which would not have had to be done if the job was properly finished the first time . A total of 8 weeks to receive parts . Disgustingly bad customer service and professionalism...

Was going to write a good review about this place when my car was fixed from an accident but after closer inspection the rear bumper was left not properly secured missing screws among some other things, wasn’t happy with the end result at all

I cannot speak more highly of these guys! I had some urgent work that needed doing and they fitted me in, gave me a lift back into town, did a brilliant job and were amazing value for money! Highly recommend!

Terrible work quality. Blown bulb in a brand new headlight, dual battery system had a live lead floating around the engine bay, another lead had the terminal snapped off, hardware missing, and the battery tray was loose, aerials were loose and the bullbar was not fitted correctly. Glad it was my insurer paying and not me.
