Disappointing support, absolutely stuffed my MX records causing mail outage and never resolving an ongoing mail routing issue. Had to take the matter into my own hands and fixed by moving to a new hosting provider.

Don’t purchase your domain here!!!. I have a problem With the credentials and I can’t access to my account. I’m calling the customer support every day and I have to wait more than 50 minutes and nobody attend me.

Stay away from these idiots!!A bunch of immature younger jackasses run this company from Melbourne.All those numbers you may see on their website ends in Melbourne, and answered by the same jackasses, and if you have a problem with their service (which you will) they just hang up on you and don't respond to emails.It is like Roach Motel! You can register a domain with them, but never leave.For starters, they will not give you the Authorization Code to transfer your domain unless you call them. Then they will block the transfer, over and over, until you just give up.If you are reading this comment, then you are savvy enough to know to listen to someone who took the time to write it.Say the hell away from these dumbasses.

Used to work for these guys before they were taken over, one of the worst companies I have worked for, never paid any super, rude staff, poor working conditions, nothing seems to have changed from these reviews I see

I used to have a very good opinion of them, but that's from when all I did was paying and keeping domain registration alive. Shortly before my domain expired, I realised that I did not update my address, and I changed country. You cannot change that, only through email to support. Got a nice confirmation with some abstract number. Over a month and 2 or 3 follow up questions from my side - absolutely zero response. I get it - I'm but a small fry with my single domain, but I know when I am not wanted anymore. There's also several review sites that have more descriptions of bad customer experience just like mine, so it seems they just don't care.

Great support and excellent service.I can't rate these guys highly enough for the care and effort they took to resolve a serious domain name issue caused by Google admin. This was a Google error which they're own support staff didn't know how to correct.Thanks again Jax (hope I spelt that right mate) and the team for going the extra mile to get my business back online for me.Highly recommend without a doubt

Avoid this co. Easy enough to set up and hand over your credit card details but very tricky to get on and turn off auto renew. Required a long wait to speak to someone and then even she had to go find out how to do it.

I don't normally write reviews but Instra have next level shocking service, my website went down 2 weeks ago (when my email changed) and they have not done any of what they promised to sort this out!!

Very, very, very, very bad experience with this company - Instra Corp (aka Asia Registry). Bad support and a sales team who did a bulk domain renewal (20+ domains) without permission and billed our company credit card. When we requested a refund on the bulk payment, they blocked all our domains and stopped our company email hosting, then deleted all email and history, so there was no reference. This hugely impacted us as a startup business. ** Warning ** Do not use this company !!
