Overall really happy with my purchase.I ordered as they were the more affordable option and I’ll be honest, I was nervous due to other reviews on here.I ordered express post on Sunday for my baby shower the following weekend and they arrived on the Wednesday. So plenty of time :)The price, service and quality was great and I can’t find any faults with the service and communication I received.Would order from them again.

We bought on 1/10/2021 pedestals for an event.Now when I writing this review it is 28/10/2021 and the pedestals are still not there.They are blaming Australia Post even though I paid for Express Post.I have ordered in the meantime many items from Queensland which were delivered by Australia Post that arrived in 3 days.Please save your time, money and don`t lose clients like we did.DO NOT EVER THINK TO ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I would just like to say that I am super happy with the products I received today. I had only ordered on the 20th and I was surprised when they arrived today, 24th. Super fast delivery, given the fact covid is hitting hard at the moment. Thank you very much! I will be ordering again and recommend anyone else to do the same. The staff here at this joke of a store have NO customer service at all. We planned to go to your store for 2 months and were declined to complete an order because your staff were too lazy to explain how to shop at your store. Will never come back to visit your store and any future customers beware that there is poor mobile reception and you can only purchase items through an online application. So much for technology. Innovation doesn’t equal customer service.UPDATE:The comment below is completely false. Your staff were rude to my family and did not bother to explain how to purchase anything from your store, and lazily told them to ‘visit your website’ rather than taking the time to actually talk to them. Again, your internet reception is shocking and the website was barely accessible nor the portal to purchase anything from your store! The only reason why you are having bad business is because you do not treat your customers with respect and walk them through your store with curtesy and have BOTH options of analog vs digital shopping. You are a physical store and physical customers should not be treated like they’re buying stuff from online. If your wifi is poor quality or not working, what are your backups? How will people purchase items? How brilliant is technology when it’s inaccessible? It is your responsibility as a company to accomodate for all customers. We will NOT be shopping at your store ever again because of your rude staff and their attitude towards my family. They rudely offered to reverse an order they paid for because your staff thought it was too hard basket to find all the items they bought!
