Vision Building Group Ballarat

My partner and I chose to build our first home with Vision in 2018. After having had a negative experience before our previous build had begun, we stumbled upon Alan & Matt and never looked back. We were not the easiest clients, without navigating a build previously but holding a lengthy list of demands - yet the Vision team never batted an eyelid. Nothing was ever too difficult and we were constantly met with positivity, kindness and an overwhelming desire to help us create our home. Having now lived in the property for two years, we are absolutely over the moon that we chose Vision and love our house, just as much as the first day! I called to get an appointment to design my house. The person been really rude, also suggested that it’s hard to find another provider so either pay or lose.. very poor customer service. First impressions was last impression. Never want to deal again.
