I have only been into the Maroochydore store a few times and I think it was the manager there that did not seem to helpful but the last two times I went in a great lady by the name of Courtney has been excellent in her customer service , I am in sales so appreciate good service and that is Courtney all over , she will be the reason I go back .

Huge store with great range of quality goods very diverse with clothing, bedding, kitchenware the service is good and parking is easy a lot of these stores carry a lot of rubbish but not this one you would be hard to please to not find something to suit you in here a most welcome addition to the sunshine coast

New clean shopping experience. Found what I wanted online. Visited for the first time, the item I wanted was available, and at good price. The cashier was very helpful, and answered my questions. Will go there again, easy parking.

Extremely poor customer service from the “manager” with the black hair and the 2 other ladies in store today. Tried to exchange something out of the 28 day return policy not worn, tags still on and the exact item I wanted to exchange for I could see plenty of stock of. I completely understand companies having return policies that they need to adhere too but this experience was awful. The manager talked to us very condescendingly and kept cutting us off when we were trying to talk and was not helpful at all. As a loyal shopper at Harris Scarfe I will not be returning after my experience today.

Wanted to return an item one day outside the 28 day return rule. Young girl on the counter was very pleasant and helpful, but had to call a manager over. She was extremely rude and unhelpful. She kept cutting me off, did not want to help at all. Full of her own self-importance. Would not refund me, regardless of circumstances. Product had not been worn, tags still attached. Harris Scarfe was one of my favourite shops, I will not be back!

Terrible couldn’t care less attitude from manager when I returned an unopened brand new mattress topper which obviously had not been even opened or touched, wrong side purchased she just shrugged and said blanket policy of no returns, no credit note option or even sympathy to my issue. I’ll never ever buy from them again

Nice to have something different and not at major shopping centre. Unfortunately not my size or colours available. Annoying is that have to queue throu checkout to leave storeLike Spotlight and Anaconda. Also at same locale and across the road from Bunnings and Officeworks. Would ne nice if car park directions were better signed and there were shade sails

What a lovely clean shop. Easy to find things with all the signage throughout the store. Click and collect is very easy. Staff look professional and the service is excellent from the friendly staff. I recommend this business and the prices are excellent and great variety.
