DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. You have been warned. My wife purchased a phone case for $75 then realised we didn't require it; asked for a refund 5 minutes later and they declined. This is the WORST customer service we have experienced. The product was unopened and untouched.

These people have false so called policies. They say they don’t have refund policy. This is honestly a scam. Don’t buy anything from here. They open shop in Australia and they don’t follow Australian consumers laws, what an scammers. Its Australia mate and if i change my mind, i am entitled for refund and apology for wasting my time with your false polices. I am going to file a fair trading complaint for asking payment in cash and not giving refund for things i changed mind just immediately after 2 minutes. Better contact me and give me my refund or get served with your Karma.

I bought a mini ipad case for $40 (which is already overpriced) but the size is wrong, the case won't cover the whole ipad and won't protect the sides or anything. I had to out some BLUE TAK for it to not fall!!!! Hornsby is very far from me but next time i am there you will hear about me. Taking customers for dumbs, terrible place avoid at all cost!!

I had my phone screen protector changed there. The only reason that I get it changed in these shops is that I’m not good at doing it myself. She was trying to get rid of a big bubble for a while and a cotton got in. I didn’t realize it there. But it was really bothering me. Then I tried to get it out and now there are bubbles everywhere. I paid 70 dollars for this service. It was the worst experience.
