Sun City Trees & Mulch

These guys are rubbish to deal with , they damage my property whilst cutting the neighbours tree. They were abusive, swearing and rude. I would not go anywhere near them. They are simply not a professional company!

Thankfully, as tenants we weren't paying the bill. The job was not completed as the stump was left in the ground, broken branch bits left across the fence and in the garden bed.

What a great 'crew' working in Bushland Beach over the back of my place today. Very professional - GREAT JOB - & I was only an onlooker. WELL DONE GUYS - GREAT Ambassadors for Sun City Trees & Mulch.

if your after old fashion service Sun City Trees is the place to use for your tree lopping and mulch needs. Definitely WOOD use them again.

These guys were amazing. They took down 3 very tall palm trees. Everything was left as it was before they came, minus the palm trees of course. I would recommend 100%. I will definitely call Sun City Trees again.

Totally unreliable. Gave this business 14 days to get our job done. Ended up hiring another company to get our job completed. Would never bother with them again.

They were really nice blokes. Did a really difficult job located on the divide of 4 fence lines. Helped calm my neighbors down and looked after all property items in a professional manner. They would have cut and pruned over 6 tonne. This was a massive job and I couldn’t have been happier with the end result.

This company was completely incompetent, unprofessional and take no pride on their work. They gave us a 2 hour notice before arriving. When they got to the property they were briefed in what trees needed to go, what areas to please be careful around and to ask for help moving the multiple boats that are on the property. They completely ignored everything. They cut down all the tree on the property which was not agreed upon. They ran over garden beds with their vehicle and dropped tons on mulch on it as well. They disregarded our request to not move the boats without us there and instead decided to move them with their bobcat. They ended up damaging one of the boats and it’s trailer. When confronted about it they replied with “should be an easy fix” implying they were not going to do anything about it. There was no remorse or offer to compensate. They destroyed the lawn with their vehicles and left without cleaning anything up. Definitely would never recommend them
