Monica provided me exceptional customer service, going above and beyond. She helped me choose a pair of glasses and sunglasses and was honest with me with each frame I tried on, but not disrespectful. I had purchased a pair of sunglasses at the beginning of the year and had taken them in to be adjusted as they kept sliding off my face. Monica said they weren't the right fit for me and shouldn't have been sold to me in the first place. She then helped me choose another pair and did a swap. She was friendly, courteous and professional at all times. Thanks, Monica, for all your help, it's very much appreciated. I've even received compliments on my sunglasses!

Everything was good no pressure sales..store looks great good choice and staff very friendly I have health insurance did covered the costs of 2 pairs of glasses for 1..alsk Medicare covers consultation..will go back

We have bought frames from Airport West in the past and have always had a great experience. Recently we did the Contact Lenses training for my daughter and the patience and kindness from Monica was beyond amazing. The service here is like no other.

Sought a second opinion at Specsavers Airport West after seeing another Optometry in the centre a few months ago who I was not happy with. Yesterday at Specsavers I saw optometrist Fran who was absolutely lovely, thorough and completely patient answering all my questions. She confirmed that my current glasses were still appropriate and to review over time. (Different story from the other competitor eye store who shall remain un-named who told me I needed a new set of glasses and quoted $500!! and charged me an additional $60 for a scan that Specsavers provided for free) Moral of the story, Specsavers seem genuine, don't try to upsell" and clearly have employed great staff. Thank you

Well the initial consult was fine, then time to collect my glasses, oops someone ticked the wrong box, lenses were long sighted, me i need them for reading. Ok so re order 2 weeks later went for the fitting, an aplogy was offered, again, i would have prefered maybe an extra bottle of glass cleaner.
