Tyre technician MO has always been patient and helpful! I walked into Costco Tyre Center Ringwood a couple of times and I have been so happy with MO’s service. He is friendly and professional and trustworthy! Thanks a lot MO!

Rude staff, expensive products… don’t think I will go back to the store again. Membership fee is complete rip-off

I wish I could start this review with a 0 or half a star. Spoke to the Costco- tyre centre manager at Ringwood this afternoon regarding repairing a flat tyre. This person really lacks customer service skills. Definitely needs to be sacked ! He didnt even wait for me to finish, said that he was working on the last car for the day ? when I enquired about the shop's closing time as 6 pm and why he said he was wrapping up for the day by 4.30 itself, this guy had the audacity to say that he is not going to stick around till 10 pm to look at all the cars. 0 empathy for the members ! Furthermore, this guy went to bicker and mock me by saying, can I book in some time later next week to repair your car ? worst customer experience ever !Also, I take this opportunity to say that this experience has nothing to do with the the service team at the actual Costco store - Ringwood, they are a different breed altogether, service oriented and down to earth. Management should revisit their services and conduct mock or undercover customer drills to get a true taste of what goes in the tyre centre at Costco Ringwood !

Could not find potato chips ! Never get proper answer about availability of the product non available at time .Always check best before specially bulk bread and muffin like items .Some are very short .

Huge selection of products.The tyre centre is great for any tyre needs. Staff are well trained and provide excellent quality service.

Terrific guys down here, they replace my swollen tyre well within the timeframe. On top of that, return the space saver, fitted and reinstated everything in the boot. Massive thumb up, much appreciate guys.

Busy as expected. Some items are a real bargain, others are actually expensive. Great food platters etc.

I booked my car in to get the tyres changed a week ago, I cancelled my shift and came here from an hour away to get the tyres changed, they simply said that they are out of tyres.At least if this was the case someone should have called and told me that you don’t have any tyres to put.What a bunch of unprofessional people working at such a big place.Shame.

They were terrific. I came in without an appointment for a punctured tyre. They were able to squeeze the repair in and get me back on the road quickly. Thank you!
