I can't recommend Trusst Roofing enough. Brooke was super responsive with the booking and quote. Teri came to site and jumped up on the roof and immediately identified the issues. She is super knowldgeable. The end result is amazing. Highly recommend this business to anyone thinking about roof repairs.

Finally found a reliable roof repair business. I have a three story townhouse, and every other business I contacted said it was too high or too steep to get on to fix the damage.Terri had no issues and was ready for the challenge. She was very professional, both in the inspection and the fix. From taking photos of the problem and explaining it to me, to showing me photos of the fixed roof, I felt confident every step of the way. Very happy with the service, cost and solution. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Trusst Roofing. After identifying a leak in the roof causing ceiling damage, I searched online for a good roofing expert and saw the 5 star reviews for Truss Roofing. After an initial inspection Terri and James identified a number of issues which had resulted in mould forming on cornices in parts of the house in addition to other issues. Terri provided me with photos of the issues and explained in detail the problems and solutions. Her experience and professionalism were incredible and the quote was extremely well priced. They returned and completed an excellent and high quality job on time. Terri and James were so personable and friendly and did such an amazing job that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants a high quality job done professionally and on time. We are incredibly happy!

Terri was great when repairing our roof after the storm damage. She was up front and honest with her work, and did a great job. Went the extra mile to pics of the view from the roof and repaired our dodgy gate latch so the doggos wouldn't get out. Would definitely recommend

Terri did excellent work inspecting and repairing our roof. Communication was very straightforward, with clear explanations of what was going to be done, and plenty of photos of the finished work. The whole process was very well organised. The team arrived on time, did the work, and cleaned the area after work. Exceptional quality and a pleasure to deal with. Terri & Trusst Roofing were recommended to me via a friend who had used services with their own roofing problem. I booked my appointment last year and 30 Jan 2023 was the first available time. I took it and so glad I did. Today was an inspection of the roof and yes I have issues with water damage since solar panel installation and other incidentals with being a house built in the early 90's but wanted to cover all my bases even though my roof was restored and repainted in 2018 and had storm water piping replaced with guttering and down pipes professionally cleaned late 2022. I was totally impressed with Terri & James. Very thorough, very detailed, very professional yet relaxed in their expertise and very interested in my dogs and birds. Of course I accepted the quote for what needs to be done. There are roof tradespeople and there are those roof tradespeople who actually know what they are doing. With damn good tradespeople in the world there is a reason why potential customers wait for the job - that reason is because they are damn good at what they do and they do it right first time. Thank you Terri & James and look forward (so do the pups and birds) in seeing you in a few months for my job.
