Cuddly Bear

One of the best childcare centres in the eastern suburbs! I feel so lucky and blessed to have my child attend Cuddly Bear childcare centre. The staff and management are high quality and genuinely display interest and care in the children. No wonder they are constantly rated exceeding standard.Keep up the good work.

An absolutely fantastic place to work. Never has a workplace felt like 'home'. The owners say that they treat their staff like family, and it is without a doubt that they do. Cuddly Bear provides a wonderful work environment, where educators are encouraged to learn and further develop. Unlike larger organisations, educators are also provided the freedom to share their unique identities within the classroom. Cannot recommend this workplace enough!

This childcare centre is a wonderfully caring, thoughtful place. My two kids have loved being there and the staff are amazing.

I cannot speak highly enough of Cuddly Bear Heathmont and all of its staff. We have sent our children there for a number of years and have been thoroughly impressed by the love, energy and attention to detail of the staff. The educators consistently provide creative, engaging and stimulating programs for the children. They help all the children to reach their potential and it is done in a warm, friendly environment where the children feel safe to have a go at everything. We have always felt totally comfortable leaving our children in the care of Cuddly Bear Heathmont knowing they will be cared for as they would be by a family. We want to say a huge thanks to all the staff in the rooms, in the office, in the kitchen and everyone else who helps make Cuddly Bear what it is!

What a fantastic place! We moved our daughter to this center from another one, and we see a huge difference between the 2 places. The team at cuddly bear heathmont is super caring and throrough. The communication with parents is extremely good. In fact, the way they manage communication around COVID is exemplary and other organizations can learn from them. I always see enough educators in the room to look after the kids. They also mantain their educator to child ratio very strictly, hence there is waiting list for new admissions. Highly recommend to get on the waitlist as early as possible.

My son gets so excited when we arrive at cuddly bear. He started in the nursery and educators are very warm and welcoming. I feel at ease dropping him off and get the biggest cuddles when I pick him up. I can’t believe how much he has blossomed, eats better, plays independently and actually slept at nap time. Would highly recommend
