Very misleading information regarding the discounts. Please learn from Nike, Addidas and Puma how the discounts work. Strandbags already have final price on the tag and they are advertising 50% 70% off in every items . If there’s the final price on the tag already what’s the point of the posters every where with discounts. Very misleading and when I raised that issue a staff made a mockery rather than convincing the customer. Disappointing customer service.

Very rude and racist staff named Allana! We entered the store 7 mins before 5pm (closing time) to quickly take a look at a purse my daughter really liked. While we were making up our minds, Allana comes in with a rude face and aggressive tone and told us if we haven't made up our mind yet, we'll have to come back on Monday. she looked at us like we were bunch of savages. When I pointed out that there's still 3 mins left to store closing time, she went straight to the door and told us to go out now. I told her that she is not doing us any favour and we were here as customers and don't expect such a service to which she replied that she is doing us a favour by letting her in the store in first place! All this happened while my 10 year old daughter witnessed this unacceptable behaviour. I've never seen such a rude sales agent before! She can be seen in the picture below inside the store.

I purchased a Nere bag from strandbags the day before a domestic flight, on the way to the airport I realised the handle was not extending fully and then the wheel fell off (I took it as carry on and it was not handled by baggage staff) I then emailed strandbags to request the warranty. After 4 weeks of me chasing it up with 4 follow up emails, 2 phone calls a message on both fb and Instagram I finally got a lacklustre response telling me to take it into a store and reinforcing any damage from an airport isn’t covered if it’s been handled by the airline- I mean it’s a suitcase where do you think it will be going? I have still not received a phone call back after requesting to make a complaint. This is by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had, I will never be purchasing this brand or with strandbags again - save yourself the trouble and shop literally anywhere else and purchase a bag that doesn’t have the wheels fall off the first time you use it!!

Found myself nice bag for work. The lady behind the desk was good enough to get me a better looking one from their store room. I was very happy with my purchase.

Get the full Outlet experience where there is stock everywhere. In boxes, out of boxes, rubbish scattered, piles of stock everywhere you look.Good prices, good honest experienced advice and suggestions.Due to outlet location, won't take any Strandbags promotions / discounts on full priced items.

Bought an expensive luggage from them with a promised warranty of 10 years. Wheels came off on the first trip. Went back to the store to get them fixed. Turns out they only cover the stitches and zips. Very misleading!

Best place to buy bags. Ideal time to shop at this place is Monday to Thursday

Worst branch. The staff there are only accomodating mainstream Australians (White Australian). If you are from a culturally diverse and linguistically background they wont bother to accomodate your concerns. If they would, they will give you an attitude. Even if it they were busy, they love to have a chat with White Australians and explain the product features
