Quick and easy to arrange a new house handover inspection.Very thorough inspection with detailed 33 page report within 24 hours! The team at surety are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Surety Property Batemans Bay
We recently employed the services of Surety to carry out a three stage inspection on our new build in Bateman's Bay, and couldn't praise Jacqui, Grant and Bruce highly enough. Jacqui was fantastic and very friendly to deal with, she was always straight onto things promptly and with such great customer service. Both Grant and Bruce were great to deal with, and they carried out very thorough inspections with great attention to detail. We couldn't recommend Surety highly enough.

Purchasing a property in NSW for the first time I needed some expert advice and, due to a short period before contract exchange, a fast response to undertake a full property building and pest inspection. Surety Property Batemans Bay were extremely helpful in providing advice and arranged a full inspection within a couple of days. The inspector then rang me immediately after completing the inspection and provided a verbal summary of the findings. This was followed by a full written report the next day. I highly recommend Surety Property Batemans Bay.

Yep - pleased would be an understatement! They called me to go through the inspection report. I was down to two properties to put offers on, one I'm very much glad I didn't and one I am confident to! In our quest to find our future home from the other side of the state, Surety provided peace of mind and helped us to make the best decision. Not only did they provide us with a very comprehensive report on each of the two houses, they also spoke over the phone explaining in layman’s terms the shortcomings and the expectations of the risks.
