Had the most amazing experience getting full head of foils done by Tiani today. She was so lovely, made my hair blonde and fixed my regrowth! As a busy mum you want an amazing salon experience to pamper yourself and this is exactly what she did for me! Will be returning and booking with Tiani :)

Professional and friendly service! Love the vibe and ambiance of this place! The service is amazing, they have my coffee and biscuit prepared and ready every time before they attend to my hair! I've always gone to this saloon and today I changed my mind. I was booked in for a service after having a chat both on their social media and over the phone prior to the appointment day. However, on the day of my appointment, I was told that I am unable to get what I'm after as they haven't gotten enough time for it. Since I was booked in for a haircut at the same time, I was told that I'd need to come back after 2 hours to get it done. Which doesn't add up as I was already booked in for my service which allowed them heaps of time. I asked for a refund and asked them to email me the receipt for the refund and I was told that they haven't gotten access to their system apparently. Really bad service. Will not be returning again.
