I am quite picky when it comes to training providers (having been in the field myself for many years) so I do not give this sort of recommendation lightly! I have been with ASA through my journey of becoming a master practitioner of hypnotherapy, NLP,, timeline therapy and life coach. It has been an incredible journey. Shane has been a wonderful guide throughout. His positive energy and passion has a ripple effect on everyone. Shane is so approachable and helpful whenever I have needed help, despite him being busy. Shane unfortunately chooses to offer a Guarantee to protect the buyer without conditions and then chooses to not honour it which is sad and considering this has been. Made aware to Shane and still nothing...and to make things worse goes through my Facebook posts to find reasons to not follow through

I attended the Australian Success Academy live E-Hypnotherapist live training the first weekend of December 2019. The live training is usually week 1 of the 12 week course but for me it was week 12 so I had already been working through 11 weeks of training before the weekend.The live training gave me so much more clarity than I had before, not just about hypnotherapy but also business building. Every question that I had was answered by Shane or one of his coaches but mostly by Shane and that also applied to the other 11 weeks of online training. I have participated in courses before this but I have NEVER experienced this kind of support before. Shane is very flexible in his approach and he pushes us out of our comfort zone ever so gently, encouraging us all the time. I can get my business up and running in the 12 week timeframe or I can take longer - it looks like it will be the latter for me :-) but that's OK.There is even more support provided in the form of script writing because I was also given membership of World Class Hypnosis Scripts where once again, Shane not only teaches us how to write scripts in an easy to follow format but he also gives us feedback on the scripts we create.I also wanted to write about the weekend itself. It seemed to me that Shane broke all the 'rules' that teachers learn (yes I am a teacher) about how much people can learn and absorb in a given time period. Day 1 of the training - Friday went from 6 pm to around 10.30 pm. Day 2 and 3 went from 9.30 am to around 7.30pm with only one break for lunch. Instead of feeling exhausted, I felt motivated, inspired and fully engaged throughout the weekend.A third benefit from the training is the awesome group of people who were attracted to ASA. I had already made friends online before the live training but when I got to meet them in person, it cemented the friendships even more. We support each other in the background and that pretty well explains the culture of Australian Success Academy. To be successful in anything, it is important to surround yourself with like minded supportive people and that is what has been set up for us.There is so much more that I can write about the personal mindset, personal growth and transformation of people in the group - it was amazing to observe it in myself and others. People feel safe to share and that is priceless. Many of us were well qualified in areas other than hypnotherapy before attending the training but there were hypnotherapists in the group who wanted to take their businesses to the next level and they were very well catered for.I would encourage anyone who is considering training with ASA to take up the opportunity because I am certain, they won't find anything like it anywhere else.

I recently attended the hypnosis certification course and can honestly say it was absolutely AWESOME. Shane is a fantastic speaker and kept us engaged the whole time, and we learnt so much valuable information.....not just about hypnosis but strategies for life. If you get the chance to go, don't hesitate.....it could just change your life!
