Andrew is excellent at what he does.Helped me out with a shoulder injury from years of chef work. The exercise program he gave me strengthened it and allowed me to get back to work stronger than ever.

Andrew put together an exercise program to help relieve my ongoing lower back pain, and I noticed decreased pain after a couple of days and even less pain as I keep doing the exercises. I highly recommend him, he is very professional and knowledgeable!

I had an ongoing issue with lower back pain which I tried to rectify by utilising a variety of different treatments. None of which were particularly effective until my sessions with Andrew. He was extremely friendly and professional with results coming within the first few visits. I can happily say that I no longer experience any pain or discomfort thanks to my treatment from Andrew.
