Great gym with an awesome open floor plan; very spacious and is always clean. Staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. Lovely Creche area that offers care for 0-6 yr olds Mon to Friday, 9:30 to 12:30pm. Parents can relax and enjoy a workout while knowing their child is happy and well cared for.

I have been to 10+ different plus fitness gyms all over sydney, and feenches forest is by far the best out of them all. Amazing culture, the gym is always tidy, the equipment is always in the right spot, and has every piece of equipment you could need. Not a single plus fitness has as much space or equipment as frenches forest has. I cant stress enough how amazing theis gym is. The owner and staff are all super nice and have high standards of putting us first. Everything is new and everything is perfect. 10/10 gym

A lot of thought has gone into this setup, and it shows. It’s the perfect selection of equipment and arguably one of the best plus’ on the northern beaches, if not one of the best gyms of that area.

Loved the gym! Its very spacious and not too crowded. Also really enjoyed the functional training section for circuit training. Would 100% recommend all my friends to join

Without doubt the best plus fitness I've been to. Well laid out floor plan and equipment but the air conditioning in the mornings during winter is just not on. Can not be switched off until staff comes on their shift. It's simply too cold to get going
