Eden Gateway Holiday Park

I stayed here just for the one night but enjoyed the stay. The staff were lovely and welcoming from the get go. The cabin I stayed in could do with a bit of a facelift but it was very good value for what I paid. It was really wet during my stay so I appreciated the electric blanket on the bed. The wifi wasn’t very strong from the cabin but it just encouraged me to take in the surroundings. The heaters are quite loud but did the job. Would stay here again.

We stayed 2 nights (powered site) and was warmly welcomed by Lynn and Peter (caretaker). Love the nature feel (birds chipping). Amenities were clean and well taken care. Roos droppings were observed on grass area. Be careful on where you rest your foot on.

Very clean and comfortable cabin. Great location, not too close to town. Will recommend.

Definitely not value for money. Stayed in one of their cabins. Cleanliness was poor. Had to ask for the floor to be cleaned as it was very dirty also fridge was not properly cleaned as bits of lettuce remained in it, which we cleaned out The kitchen utensils are extremely minimal so I would suggest you take things like salad bowls containers etc if you plan to stay there and be self sufficient for a couple of days. Same for bathroom amenities they are very very basic. The cabin we stayed in had some plumbing issues and the kitchen and bathroom taps dripped if you didn't use a fair bit of muscle to turn them off. The staff were friendly and responded well to our request to clean the cabin. The location was good and not too far from Ainslee beach. I knew it was listed as 3 star but for the price I did expect a little better. Ceiling fans are very noisy but worked well and so did the air-conditioning. Also check your towels are clean before using them. Most were except for this one. I feel they need to put in alot of work to improve their cabins

Great location, 3 min drive to the beach and 5 min to the citycentre/shops/cafes. Clean rooms, we had villa. All you need for the stay - clean beds, shower, toilet, fridge, stove, microwave, kitchen has everything.

Good little value place to stay overnight for 2 couples. 2 bedroom cabin amongst the big camping ground. Clean, quiet during off season (Dec), everything worked fine. If I was passing by I'd consider staying there again.

Receptionist went above and beyond, upgraded our cabin at no charge. Spotless was our cabin, had everything you need. Wonderful view , and the kookaburras and Kangaroos where just beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful stay ❤️5stars, very clean

The place is a dump. We were put in cabin 39, up with permanent residents and hobos. There were little black bugs on the bed, and in it. Fluro light in the bathroom didn't stay on, and flicked on and off. Light covers were attached with cable ties, tv cables were exposed, and loosely hanging down. We left, the office was unattended so we put the keys in the box, and booked into a hotel in town, happily at twice the price. When we contacted the park, they declined a refund, said it was clean, and fluro lights are designed to flicker.

The caravan park at Eden was lovely. We stayed in the cabins which were neat, clean and comfortable. Surrounded by a beautiful setting and sounds of the Bell birds, visiting Kangaroos and Rosella's just to name a few.We will definately be back again to enjoy Eden and all it has to offer.Ian Leister and Val Leister
