Beware of buying niche green products that are only supported by single companies. While the salesman might seem very charming and knowledgeable, he is prone to changing his company name every couple of years, and then becomes uncontactable when it comes to offering support for previous products he promoted... Red Circle Solar? Solar Flow Services?

No complaints, friendly service and advice, enabling repair, modification and improvement to existing system without need to replace the lot. Have a put together a several of their systems.

BEWARE!! = Red Circle markets great" system -> Buy system from Red Circle -> Red Circle changes to Exegi -> system not so great -> no support or service when system breaks down :("

After some problems with our evac hot water system at the end of the first warranty period, Red Circle and our local plumber went above and beyond to get us a new system installed at no charge to us. Highly recommended!

As a builder my client hand picked red circle (who have since changed their name to exegi)To install solar hot water on a job we built.The solar never worked correctly. We called and red circle would give no options and couldn't fix the issue.They kept putting things back onto our plumber even though everything was installed exactly how it was supposed to.In the end we tried to get a refund from red circle so that we could go in a different direction but they would not honor their warranty.Would not recommend

We bought a Sanden heat pump hot water system from Red Circle Solar a couple of years ago; the system has been fantastic - it’s quiet as a mouse and super efficient, and the service and advice from Red Circle Solar has been excellent. Very happy
