Recieved a quote from NP to install a new front bumper and it came back $700 cheaper than my previous quote from another 5 star smash repairer in the local area. On top of this Norman did an amazing job in a timely manner. Would recommend this place to all my friends and family in the future. Thank you NP you guys are truly a godsend

Norman was awesome to deal with! Great customer service! Very impressed with the workmanship! Was very detailed in explaining what needed to be done and suggested alternatives if needed instead of just charging you for work that may not be needed like other places we got quotes from. Did not sales talk and was very straight to the point. Went to other smash repairs and normans pricing was very very competitive and fair. Would highly recommend! Wont be disappointed!

I had my Mercedes Benz C200 and my son's Subaru Impreza repaired by Norm recently. Both the cars had dents and deep scratches on the rear bumpers and/or parts of the body. Both were repaired perfectly in 2 -3 days and at a cost much cheaper than was quoted elsewhere. Norm was a very pleasant and honest person to deal with. Thanks Norm!

Norm always surprises me by exceeding my expectations.He is promptly on time and provides an absolutely professional service.His own standards are high therefore he doesn't ever just do the bare minimum like many other places. They got my car scratches fixed nicely. And they changed a new rear mirror for me. I asked them to send me a receipt for one year rear mirror warranty. They never did. It seems dodgy, I'm hoping my mirror would be ok.
