Chemist Warehouse Bentley Village SC

Bought a wireless charger, but once arriving home i discovered that it wasnt compatible with my phone. Took it back 2 days after with the receipt and the original packaging and they refused to give me a refund. Really? Every other place in Cairns refunds or tries to sort the situation out, even with store credit or something. The guy who served me wasnt very nice about it either. So dissappointed!

Went to checkout ask for a price match as it said on chemist warehouse website. They do price match with Australian stores or retailers and give 10% off for the difference as well. The staff had to check with the store manager. Then the manager said they will match the online item price plus shipping fee. That is ridiculous. On their website doesn’t mention anything for shipping fee included when use price match. Then I asked the manager to show me the policy. Then she never came back. The staff sashe will give me this price match to avoid hassle. I totally wasted half an hour there just to do a price match. Never had this bad customer service from anywhere else when asked for price match.The staff was really polite and nice. But the manager was failed to provide a good customer service and communication. Left customer and never came back to explain the issues. Just told staff to give the best price to avoid hassle.If the website said guarantee the lowest price and will do price match. The manager should know everything about it. She definitely needs to have proper training of their policies.

25 mins waiting for script, other customers after me served first. Asked how much longer, told, it's in the queue. Finally they tell me one script is 5 days early and the other not available. Never enough staff, always trollies of stock in between aisles. I've had ok service at times but they need to GET MORE STAFF.

If I could give zero stars I would. Long waiting times for scripts and will not provide more than one refill, even though I live in two locations two hours drive apart from each other. Waited 30 minutes this afternoon to be told I could not have a refill as it has been a week since my last refill. Even after I explained that the rest of my medication was at my alternative address. No compassion nor consideration for customers individual needs. Pure money making attitude to get people to return regularly. Maybe if they didn’t limit script dispensing they wouldn’t have such ridiculous waiting times for a simple script.

Not generally someone who takes the time to leave a google review but personally find the service in this place appalling. To the checkout lady who is clearly not cut out for being the point of face for customers, I hope you find a better suited job for you, as greeting and dealing with the general public is very obviously not for you. Disgusted with the service you provided.

This is my chemist of choice because it is conveniently near home, and I can leave scripts there permanently and make orders on my phone and skip queues.Cheaper than most and always friendly service.

Today I had to tell a staff member how rude they were. To start with when they served me they over charged me as he scan an item twice. As I was getting this refunded another staff member came up & he left me to go talk about stock with the other member leaving me halfway through my refund. When I had a go at him he looked at me as if I was in the wrong by commenting.

Just great to have this store in the south side.

I keep my scripts at the pharmacist as I have multiple drugs for various purposes.it is easy combining the application to manage scripts.Also my GP of many years is happy to issue refills on E-script

Super helpful on the phone and even more so in store. We were in a bit of an emergency and they couldn’t have handled it better. Amazing customer service. Thank you!
