I found the ladies in the store to be helpful & friendly and showed me all the options in cast-iron hotplates for my specific needs.I bought one and needed to return it as it was too large (my bad) for a smaller plate.Excellent service & great price too.The handle can be removed for use in my BBQ & put back for use over fire or coals.

Great (online) store. I contacted them about an order that I needed delivered quickly. They immediately sent through the items they had in store, and sent the other items later when they got them, at no extra cost. In addition, one of the items I had ordered was damaged, and they immediately offered to refund it, or replace with a higher value item.
