Very unhappy. Falsely accused of not paying for fuel when I used the fuel app. I paid immediately after filling up, I went to the back seat and fixed up my toddler, followed by putting my next destination in my gps. Then I turn the car on and go to leave only to have a woman employee waving madly at me to stop, when she gets to my car says I haven’t paid! I said yes, I paid on the app. No apology just got told to wait while she checked her screen, which of course said paid then waved me on. No apology. Perhaps Caltex should educate their employees of technology. I didn’t The scene she made running at my car. I WILL NOT BE BACK.

Picked up a pie and drink for brekky this morning and it was a very pleasent experience with staff member Tara. She has a very bubbly personality.

Service is bad in this petrol station. The lady who works the early shift during mask wearing never wore a mask. Wore a badge saying exempt. If you asked why you are told my your own business! If you ask for details of owner or manager you are referred to customer feedback where you get no response! Get some staff with some customer service skills. Staff on weekends are good

Staff were friendly and mad an effort to provide conversation. You got a smile when you walked in the door instead of just a dead look. You missed a 5 because the store layout isn't pretty.

This is my preferred Petrol Station in the Redlands. I also often by a drink or bread or even a pie if going on a long trip.

Don't hate this place, do think they could LOWER their fuel prices a bit more, they are higher than others in nearby suburbs.

As you are all most likely aware, most Caltex stations have changed to Ampol. Nicely situated, with just a quick slide off to the left, I think just past The GoodGuys. The prices of fuel are good considering how high it has become, having a good price yesterday below $1.35. .

I recently stopped at this servo to buy some flavoured milk and noticed some blood on my right hand. I didn't know where it came from at stage and wasn't that worried. By the time I got into the store I realised that it was the middle finger of my left hand that was bleeding badly. I asked for help from the assistant who looked after me really well.
