Group Four Building Surveyors
I followed up like a anything with them to have a proper pre-slab inspection report but what I get is 3-4 photos and inspection progress log. They think I am fool. I definitely don't recommend the inspector as they have ruined my plans and taken my peace away

In my experience: Group 4 were rude, unprofessional and a dodgy surveying company. They do not care about you, your future home or your rights.We are had a horrible experience using them. I would advise you steer very clear of these crooked Surveyors if you don't want any headaches.Group 4 only work in favour of the builder, particularly volume builders. It is common practice for them to just automatically approve everything without even coming on site for a proper inspection at all.

Stay away from this company. We had to appoint a Solicitor and an independent surveyor and still this company would not inform us as to what was happening. They would pass inspections and then revoke the pass when our surveyor proved them to be wrong. No hint of professionalism anywhere to be seen with this company. Disgusting.Try looking at your current client data base. I am sure you will find us there!

Rude, unprofessional and dodgy Surveying company. They do not care about you, your future home or your rights.We are had a horrible experience using them. I would advise you steer very clear of these crooked Surveyors if you don't want any headaches.Group 4 only work in favour of the Builder, particularly Volume Builders. It is common practice for them to just automatically approve everything without even coming on site for a proper inspection at all. They have been reprimanded before by the VBA for gross misconduct.These guys do not care at all about you as the home owner or any of the neighbouring land owners.

Requested review of issue with occupancy certificate. Company initially responded to request more information, then they decided not to respond until the certificate was issued so there is nothing we could do and deemed the case closed without any further contact. Very poor communication and very unsatisfied.

Group Four Building Surveyors
This company works for builders. They approve anything and everything. If you are building your house and the builder decides to choose them as their surveyor, please stay away or 100% get a private inspector. I even doubt they even come to site or just sign the papers. They don't even look at the most obvious faults. My house didn't even have roof tiles put properly with very evident gaps and breaks and they approved it. And this is only 1 of about 20+ obvious faults pointed out by my private inspector. So stay AWAY if you can.

Good service, experience & Fee with Group Four, deal with people all nice & helpful.As small builder they not just give you a list let you sort out, but point you the right direction, guide & help you to on the right track;Special after you submit the documents & they response within 48 hours, which is very efficient;Very happy so far.
