John Hughes Service Centre - Welshpool & Mobile

The service is usually prompt and friendly. There is tea and coffee as well as high bar bench with power so if you'd prefer to stay and work than go home, it's easy to. So far so good with all of the repairs and an overall good experience, thanks John Hughes!

I took my car in to get my headlights fixed . I have cameras I know they like to talk a bit to you and they suggested I buy these. I had a incident where someone damaged my rear panel. I checked photos on phone only to find out it was disconnected and then I checked front camera to find it unplugged they where plugged in when I dropped it off. This is my 3rd bad experience with them and never again. I rang them and talk to them and there doing a investigation. I am not expecting a phone call back after recent visits.

I booked for my 30000km car service selected John Hughes Wangara and I requested update my car GPS. I received email said that they can't do GPS update at Wangara, most be at Welshpool. So I have to drive from Ellenbrook to Welshpool.When I arrived the lady told me that they can't update the GPS. I wasn't happy.I sat down at the place about 2 hours waited.I asked the receptionist do you have any water here?She responded; the water is in the fridge!I said; there is no water in the fridge. And she responded; if no water in the fridge which mean finish ! "How rude she was!This is the third times I been there. I am not happy about the service at all and they can't update my GPS !"

Great service as always. Staff are very professional and friendly. They listen to the customer and kept you informed through the process no surprises. I always wait while my vehicle is being served, the lounge area is clean and comfortable with wifi and nice coffee.

Always excellent. Garrick is a lovely mechanic + he has worked on my car many times. I just wish John Hughes workshops were open on Saturdays as I work full time. Otherwise very happy to recommend John Hughes mobile service.

Car service was thorough and part fixed under warranty. However, car was dropped off at 7.30am to be picked up at 2.00pm but was not ready until 2.40pm. I called the service number for an update at 1.30pm and was told I would get a call back but received no call back. Showed up at 2.00pm but still not ready. If there are delays, a courtesy call would be good to keep the customer informed. Customer service from Shane was good and friendly.

The staff were polite, helpful and efficient, from booking my EV for its service to pickup. When I returned a few minutes later because a menu item on the dash had disappeared, the team members who checked it, even to test driving to see if the menu item could be retrieved, were generous with their time (and sympathy). The issue was caused by the manufacturer’s software update, so there was nothing the staff could do about it, but we found a workaround and I appreciate the patient assistance. As ever, the John Hughes staff were a pleasure to deal with and a credit to the company.

After receiving a registered letter regarding a safety recall of wife’s vehicle I tried to contact them for two days only to be informed by a robot of their excellent customer service and impressing how important my time was to them. Then I was advised that the length of wait was greater than normal so if I pressed 1 they would call me back without losing my place in the queue. Hello I am still waiting!

Great service but my car is registered in my husband’s name and every time I come in they keep calling me Marcus!! Even though I keep saying my name is Jean and all contact details are in my nameEven this txt message was sent to Marcus ( on my phone)Please change my details

The service was good. However there was a mix up with the service days . No notice given when a mechanic was I’ll. Which is unusual for KH service
