Love shopping here because of the excellent staff and sales

When I was browsing, do I look like a thief? On Sunday, 7 November 2021, at 2:40pm. One SA, lady with Bobs hairstyle kept asking me about sizing for so many times. So annoyed! She then followed me everywhere when I was walking around their store. Please let me have a look first! I am here to buy yours, not for stealing your store's merchandise. Yo! If I liked it, I'd definitely buy it. When I was looking at the shirt (it's women section, but it is very similar to men), she then asked me again are you looking for women gift or something? I replied hmm No. Then she said, this is for women and all of these are for women (with her unwelcome attitude). I then walked out the door, not buying anything from them. Again, I AM NOT COMING BACK TO YOUR STORE NO MORE.

Went in looking for a pouch to add to my collection and the staff were very accomodating. The supervisor took the time to give recommendations (on a busy day too) and even showed me the bags that were not on display. Friendly service from beginning to end (even the guard is nice and allowed my family to skip the line to join me in shopping). Happy to shop here again!

Great variety of men's and women's clothing, accessories. Reduced prices if looking for bargains of a top brand.

Very helpful and friendly service today. I’m not too sure about all these reviews saying they look down upon people? Maybe that says more about the reviewers attitude than the staff? I’m covered with tattoos in highly visible areas. I was treated very well and didn’t get any attitude or snobby responses. Quite the opposite .

Very poor shopping experience and management the Sales are basically chatting and they don't seem to want to work here very much, and they are not very clear when you ask for information about their products.There are only few customers in the store, but in order to cater to their hunger marketing strategy, customers need to stop at the door to create a visual illusion of being selling well .

No Respect, all the workers there are racist. Waiting in line with no one in line, with empty shop, couldnt go in because none of the workers were “too busy”. Although they stand around doing nothing. When asked worker to help find a product, was told to “find and look yourself”.Plus they have no stock ever!

Poor shopping experience and the worst customer service in Sydney.
