Chris Antos has used my business photographs at 154/43 Eastlake parade which is an empty shell without my permission. I have repeatedly asked him to remove it and I think that’s misleading to potential buyers as it’s an empty shell. I feel that his actions are deceptive and his refusal to remove them are not qualities you expect in an agent when no permission was sought. Ray white commercial Canberra are using the photos to reflect the current condition of the property and the photos used are of what the property used to look like in 2020 which is false and deceptive advertising. I have contacted all homes and they have advised that the photos used should be factual and represent the current state of the property. Dodgy conduct from the agency and I am not surprised they got the current owner to sign documents to not contact the tenant and sold him a lemon and they are hoping they would do the same to the next buyer!!!Rather then remove the photos that do not represent the current state of the property or respond to my request, Chris has further invaded my privacy by stalking me on the internet and contacting my employer to further intimidate me.
