Perfect location and the staff are super friendly but the “locals” rule the place. Don’t dare sit in the bbq hut because come “happy hour” you’ll be reminded by them they’re locals, they come at the same time everyday and they don’t like anyone else enjoying the area and they don’t care how much noise they make. They’ve woken our grandson up multiple times, you can’t use the bbq because they’ve positioned themselves to block access and they’re just plain rude! Would love to make this a regular place to visit but would have to reconsider which site we choose.

Powered caravan site on the river front. Great position. Well maintained caravan park. Plenty of clean amenities.

We go every year because the cabins are great, be it a riverside or smaller one. Kids playground and shark net in the bay. You can watch everything from the decent sized verandah or get into it! They're demolishing the Sedgers Reef Hotel, but rebuilding a bigger one. Walk up the waterfront esplanade (1 stubby walk), or catch the ferry to the pier out front.

Great location. Loads of sites but some a bit too close. We just fitted in our 19ft van awning & car. Best sites are waterfront. Close to IGA & rivercruise launch. No pool but small river beach at end of park. Not school holidays but loads of kids around so it's quite popular with families.

Was told villas were available for set dates and emailed to confirm- took time off work to have called them telling me they were never available. Confusion via email as they clearly don’t read the emails correctly has ruined my only time off.Staff on the phone need to learn manners and don’t be so abrupt. Was a Loyal customer for years and will never go back nowThank you iluka riverside caravan park

Camp site T6 and its surrounds are right on the water, the best of all of them i think. Watch the sun setting directly infront of you and the boats cruising past. Amenities are fantastic and close by. Iga and bottlo is a street away. Good phone signal. Very well maintained caravan tourist park, we will be back.

Cabins are nice and close to the kids playground and beach. Lovely sunsets over the river. Easy access to boat ramp and fishing spots.

Beautiful place to camp.. location is great. Views are great. The park itself is well maintained, all amenities are clean fresh and spacious. The staff and groundsmen are friendly, helpful and a great credit to the park. Riverview sites are perfect. Cabins are available even with wheelchair access.. there is a section for pets and fires (firepits only). So it's really a top place for everyone. We will be back and highly recommend.

We had an awful stay at this park. We believed the park was pet friendly and then found out that 5 residents had complained that we had a dog in a non dog area of the park. There was no clarity around where dogs are allowed. What made it worse was that the park owner told us that 5 older residents had made a complaint about our dog who was mostly in the caravan due to the constant rain.Secondly when we asked if we could have a fire (off the ground in a brazier) we were told by the residents on the first day that was strictly forbidden. The park is mostly inhabited by very senior grey nomads. Not suitable for young children and families. Better choices to be had. The facilities are functional but very average and waste bins were placed in front of the water view sites. I cant work out why anyone would place waste bins in front of a water site. The management is poor.
