Not sure if this is the same branch that Scott works at but he did an amazing job on my mothers car. He was professional and broke down the body of work to be conducted and sent through a video to me for evidence.He was very patient with payment over the phone and was able to fix my mothers car before the weekend, even staying back late on Friday night to get the work done.He also returned on Monday to run checks and make sure the car was running as expected.Couldn't thank him enough, cheers mate

Great Service! Convenient and professional. I've been having my cars serviced for 1.5 years and can't speak highly enough about them. Any large jobs that require a hoist Lube Mobile will take the car from your premises and have it serviced at their workshop in Brendale and have it returned to your premises. If you are busy with kids this is a perfect scenario. Great job guys.

Was getting a routine car service and they said a few things needed replacing in order to do the service. They said the sump and sump plug needed replacing and quoted me $1300. A quick look online told me the parts were only $75.I took it to another mechanic and they said there is nothing wrong with the parts and they dont need replacing at all, they did the service as per normal.Unless you want to donate them money for nothing, i wouldn't go here.

I booked online and was able to get same day booking. Price was great and the fact they could come to me was a bonus. However when the mechanic showed up he advised me they need a minimum of 1.5m around the car as well as a totally flat surface. I have no problem whatsoever with these safety requirements but at no time during booking were they flagged. I received 2 emails and neither had this info in them either. A total waste of mine and the mechanics time. Unless you have a giant flat driveway or street don’t bother booking this service.

Mechanic George is absolutely exceptional: he is friendly and extremely professional. He has dedicated all his career as a mechanic with 20+ years experience in the field. Although the charges are quite expensive, he always tried his best to help save on where possible: on parts and minimize time spent on trouble shooting and servicing. Had him as designated mechanic for years and many more years to come.

There should be an option for minus stars. I booked Lube Mobile over the Christmas holidays. Unfortunately the Alternator on my car failed and everything was closed. Was quoted $758.00 for the work. Within 10 minutes of the Mechanic arriving the quote increased by over $400.00 to include parts that were still good but he would replace anyway. One of the parts quoted was a pulley at $203.00. I found the same exact part for $73.00. Within an hour and a half he wanted an extra 2 hours labour because he was struggling to get a bolt out. He removed extra parts to make it easier for himself to work in the Engine bay. Did not ask me if I was happy for the extra charges involved in that either. After 2 hours I was informed that the Radiator now needed to be changed as well. Cost $1221.00. I got 3 quotes. Most expensive at $695.00 with a genuine Nissan part. Do not let these people take parts of your car and take them with them when the job is incomplete. I finally had enough and was going to do the job myself. I had paid $1000.00 deposit and had received maybe $150.00 worth of value when the Mechanic left on Friday afternoon. He had the new Alternator but took it with him anyway to fit it on Monday. These people don't care about the customer or their vehicles. Overpriced, overcharging for parts, Mechanic that didn't have a clue what he was doing and just wasted time.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE: I had called lube mobile recently to check couple of problems with my car battery and transmission, they did not fix the problem but caused air-con failing and auto window failing as a result of their inspection. When called to report they made statements contrary to video report and shrugged off the responsibility with stubborn attitude contrary to the video inspection evidence that they had sent me earlier. my first and last experience to call me ever!!

First started using them in late 2020 when my alternator died got it replaced along with a few other things and have been using them since for all my servicing and other work. Convenient don’t have to drop the car off and wait around.

William technician (heavy vehicle mechanic as well as mechanic)Knew his stuff, professional, didn’t mind that I looked on.Repaired Tyre to get me by until new one boughtPrices cheaper then what is supposed to be capped price servicing @ Subaru (all dealers quoted different prices)Replaced filters that I was charged for on last service that actually were never replacedThe cabin filter was filthy, no way it was replaced last time (won’t mention any names)Was charged for itFixed my window washer jets as both were blocked by some additive ( would say used by dealerships) driver side one completely blockedPassenger side on its way to becoming completely blockedWill told me that disc and brake rotors due @ 100k so gave me an estimate on cost as well as next service

Had them come out to diagnose abs warning light. Quoted to replace abs sensor. Had to pay a deposit for them to order the part. Part hadn’t arrived 3 days later so had to reschedule to my next available day which was 2 weeks after first visit. Get a call from the mechanic when they were meant to arrive to replace the abs sensor to say the wrong part had been ordered and that they now had to order another part. Plus it was going to cost me $300 more for the right part. The mechanic blamed the guy who did the ordering and took no responsibility for the fact they had two weeks to check they had ordered the right part. No apology for screwing me around, just wanting to charge me more. I’d been warned not to use them and won’t make the same mistake again.
