Have dealt with this company. We ordered a set of wheels. After fitting the 3, we probably lost the rubber that seals the stem without noticing it, I called Phil and he sorted this without question. What an amazing after sales service. Highly recommended.

Fake warranty and faulty batteries- Stay a way from Neuton Brand batteries and check their review in Facebook ( many complaint )Be ware of this company and stay a way from them , we have been scammed twice by them .1- First : when their sales man sold us 300 pcs of 12volt9Ah and when we checked the boxes we found the batteries damaged and ACID out of the batteries then we understood why he took cash payment and said will send invoice which he never done .the company knew about the sale person as they are part of it , then they denied after he left the job .2 - second time We bought 100 pcs from this company and after many complaints from our customers we have decided to run tests for the left stock 24 pcs ( still in boxes and under warranty ), We found them all faulty and once we contacted the new sales man he asked us to email reports for each batteries which we did , then asked us to drop the batteries to Arundel office ( as they try to make things harder for you when it comes to warranty but when it comes to sale they will deliver their faulty items direct ) , So I drove there and dropped them then we agreed with sales man that will refund me what i paid , after one and half week so I sent them email then he remembered to reply back with email says , we will test them this afternoon and get back to you , then after less than an hour he sent me back fabricated report , saying the batteries are good and and not faulty and only 3 faulty which is a joke , then when i asked how come you sell us faulty products he replied the batteries need to be on a float charge so does your factory keep all their stock of batteries which are thousands of batteries charged all the time ? No , off Course , They sells them as its , faulty products as they have done to many others .So he sent me another email that I need to collect them back within 14 days or they will dispose them , So they did not run the test in front of me even that i have booked a time to drop the batteries because they knew that will send me fabricated one ready in their computer which will send to every one , so when I checked their reviews in Facebook i found they have done same thing to many people ..Now they want me to collected the faulty batterie back or they will dispose them which i don't believe as they will sell them again ..By the way people when you receive your order from them check the date in the batteries as always comes four or five months old , I have purchased mine on September and date on it June so three months old .I have lodge Complaints to ACCC and i will take it further as much as I can . these people scammer with fake warranty .
