Good food at good prices. Previously I used the competitor a couple of doors up but he's now too expensive and surcharges for credit cards. At Basil Leaf Thai I can get a tasty three-course takeaway for a good price. The one odd thing is that pork, the main staple meat of Thai/Chinese food, is not on the menu. No credit card surcharge.

This little Cafe /restaurant is a little secret Been a resident for many years yet never have been . Neat clean sand comfortable chairs Combined with some of the best Thai food I have ever eaten Family Run the host is a very funny man as well as great service Certainly recommend Plate sizes are just right

Basil leaf Thai restaurant in Montrose is such a fantastic place to dine in or take away. The host was so lovely and the food was of top quality and plentiful. Highly recommend to anyone that loves Thai food with great service. The prices are so reasonable and servings are large.

My favourite Thai food!! Dad and I love our takeaway nights from the Basil Leaf. As a vegan I don't miss out at all. My favourites are the Deep fried tofu and cashew nut stir fry veg. The people that own the restaurant are so so lovely, highly recommend!

Came here 2 times in 10 days and I live in Melbourne near CBD. Its that amazing a place. Fresh food, good service and they make it with extra love once they know you love the food there. Recommended. Authentic Thai.
